I. General Whitehelm respects the
privacy of every individual who visits our Web sites or sends us e-mail. This Privacy Statement outlines the information Whitehelm will collect and how we will use that information.
II. Personally-Identifiable Information Whitehelm will
not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily.
If you do not want your personally-identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us. If
you have already submitted this information and would like for us to remove it from our records, please contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this Statement. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your
information from our existing files.
When you do provide us with personally-identifiable information, we may use that information in the
following ways, unless stated otherwise:
- we may store and process that information to better understand all customer needs and how we can improve our products and services
for all customers
- we may use that information to contact you with new promotions and announcements if you have previously provided your permission

Appendix 2
Network Vulnerability Assessment
This agreement is made on ______________________, 2001,
between _____________________________________________ (Customer), and
Whitehelm Network Security Ltd at Suite 270, 94 London Road, Headington Oxford OX3 9FN United Kingdom
- Under this agreement, Whitehelm agrees to provide Customer with security related services. These services shall include, but are
not limited to, security consulting, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection services, project management, security related tools, and security related recommendations. Customer is under no circumstance required to
purchase any goods or services from Whitehelm in return for services rendered. Whitehelm agrees to destroy any related materials or findings after performing these services, unless otherwise requested by Customer and agreed
by Whitehelm.
- Customer agrees that these security services will or may include breaching of existing Customer security systems and business
assets. Customer agrees to allow Whitehelm to perform these security services, including a vulnerability assessment, at a series or on a one time basis to be performed at a time to be determined at Whitehelm`s discretion.
Customer agrees not to hold Whitehelm liable for any security breaches or damages incurred under the provisioning of these services. Breaches will be defined as any unauthorised access to Customer systems. Damages may
include system unavailiabilty under the slight chance that Whitehelm`s non destructive probing tools render systems temporarily unavailiable.
- Customer agrees to provide Whitehelm with any necessary information required to properly perform these security and infrastructre
services. This information will include proprietary data regarding customer assets, both physical and intellectual, and will include specific technical information pertaining to Customer`s information technology
infrastrucure.
- Whitehelm agrees that all Customer information, both provided to them by Customer and that which is uncovered during provisioning
of these security services, is proprietary and will be held completely confidential under all circumstances. Customer information includes, but is not limited to, Internet related network addresses, network operating
systems, hardware equiptmnet, software applications, proprietary physical and intellectual business assets, Customer business processes, and any other information regarding Customer, their employees, their business
partners, their share holders, and their internal or external operations.
