The  Whitehelm alliance partner  programme is designed for companies who want to recommend  Whitehelm’s services to their clients and actively refer those companies to Whitehelm.  By incorporating Whitehelm’s  services as part of your  company’s suite of services, you can expand your set of security offerings to better meet your customer’s needs. Whether you’re a consulting firm, systems integration firm, service  provider or other company wanting to provide security  solutions for your customers,  you can benefit from the  Whitehelm Alliance Partner  Programme. The alliance partner programme currently  operates at two level a) Referral Partner b) Associate  Partner.

Referral Partner

Description

The referral programme is whereby companies and individuals refer other  companies and individuals to utilise our services.   The person making the referral  is an independent agent,  or company and is not employed  by or otherwise contracted  by Whitehelm Network Security Ltd.

Programme Benefits

• Increased revenue from reselling Whitehelm`s services,  in a space where you  may not be currently  active.

Programme Requirements

The leads must include the following information: 

Demographics

• Contact  person's name and title
• Company  name
• Physical and mailing address
• Telephone  number
• FAX  Number if available
• Email  address
• Web  address

Other

• Best time to call
• Any  information you have  in terms of client  requirements

Rewards

10% referral fees which  are paid within 10 business days after receiving payment.

Associate Partner

Description

The associate programme  is whereby companies and  individuals close managed services and monitoring  service sales under our own brand.  The associate  is an independent agent,  and is not employed by  or otherwise contracted by Whitehelm Network Security Ltd.

Programme Benefits

• Assigned Whitehelm sales resource, ensuring a close working relationship with referred customers  or leads to ensure you and your customers receive the best care possible.

• Increased  revenue from reselling  Whitehelm’s services, in  a space where you may not be currently active.

Programme Requirements

• The associate is responsible for closing the sale,  and is subjected to monthly revenue targets

Rewards

15%  recurring referral fees for as long as the referred  clients utilise our services.

Referral fees are paid within 10  business days after receiving payment.

• An account representative to work with you to ensure you and your customers receive the best care  possible.
