How does this work?

Once we have identified that a partnership would be mutually beneficial we would typically agree a framework for the relationship which can be supplemented by specific project agreements as required.

Whitehelm believes that successful partnerships need effective ongoing cultivation and so has regular review meetings with our partners to:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current joint working arrangements
  • Explore additional new areas of joint working opportunities
  • Work on any current projects
  • Prepare joint summary progress reports for both organisations
