This service is more appropriate for partners in the channel (Distribution and VAR's) who do not have the required in-house expertise to support the full needs of their clients. Working in partnership with the channel, we act as a compliment to the existing strategic relationships with their clients and strive towards maintaining the 'value-add' proposition forwarded to the channel's client base.

Many of our channel partners choose to exercise greater risk control by employing our services as and when required.

The full-time employment of high-end, and highly paid, consultants by the channel players is not always a commercially viable option.

Purchases to cover consultancy days may be obtained and the days will be called off as and when required. These days can cover:

  • Ad-hoc installation work for the channel's clients
  • In-house training for channel personnel
  • On-site training for channel's clients
  • Accompaniment to strategic meetings with channel's client to discuss network requirements
  • Cover holidays/sickness of IT personnel within channel

Please note that this service is not strictly for channel only, end-users can purchase this, but we would advise a more detailed, comprehensive package which adds continuity to the service offering. The nature of channel mechanics is such that the vast scope of the client base dictates that this service is probably more suitable.
