Account management is often taken for granted--at great peril to the organisation. Whitehelm avoid this common pitfall, as
we know that it is necessary to focus on our customers and exercise the level of effort required to maximise their potential.
This is why all of Whitehelm`s customers have an account manager assigned to them from day one. Our account managers know
that focusing on their accounts is of strategic importance, and are trained in techniques and learn managerial approaches to delivery top class account management.

We use a variety of methods for data collection including mail, telephone, in-person interview and Internet based.
Example: Whitehelm Network Security Ltd, driven by a continuous improvement philosophy, uses telephone interviews with open-ended questions:
- what items are most important in your relationship with a vendor/provider?
- what specifically do you look for in a vendor/provider?
- how is Whitehelm doing?
- what can Whitehelm do to improve?
